Sandrock Services Ltd is committed to supplying high-quality PPE and consumable products that consistently meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, both locally and worldwide.

Our strategic objective is to grow our business through a reputation for reliability, responsive customer service and a secure, compliant and dependable supply chain. Quality is fundamental to achieving this aim.

To support our strategic direction, we establish measurable quality objectives through our business planning process. These objectives are reviewed at least annually during Management Meetings to ensure their continued suitability, effectiveness and alignment with the needs of our customers and the business.

The Director is responsible for ensuring that adequate resources, appropriate competence and clear responsibilities are in place to achieve our quality objectives and maintain the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.

  • Delivering products right first time, every time, in line with customer expectations.
  • Complying with all applicable statutory, regulatory, customer and other relevant requirements.
